Answers to Your S+R Questions

Q. Do you have a program where I can 'try before I buy?'

A. What we offer for our local New Jersey customers is our 'Its In The Bag' program. Pickup or we deliver within a determined mile radius, your order to try on for 24 hours. Head over to the 'Its In The Bag' page for all the details. 

Q. Can I share the Scout + Rebel collections with my social media fans and followers? 

A. Of course! We have an Influencer Program we are getting underway in the Spring of 2024 but you can find out all about it and contact us if you are interested - check it out here. If you are a shopper and want to post a look wearing any of our items, we would love to see you posts! Be sure to tag @scoutandrebel and we'll share with our fans too. 

Q. Customer service isn't getting back to me - what should I do?

A. We apologize for that, our customer support emails sometimes land in your spam or junk folder; be sure to add Scout + Rebel to your bookmarks and lists so you don't miss any of our emails. If you're still having trouble please notify us and we can resend any order notification to you right away. Contact us at hello@scoutansrebel.com or send us a DM on our Instagram or Facebook pages.

Q. There are styles I want but they're out of stock, any suggestions?

A. We do our very best to keep all our Scout + Rebel products in stock, but sometimes bestsellers or limited edition items are tough to keep on hand - no worries though, just make sure you add your email to the “email me when back in stock” feature on any product page and we will notify you ASAP the minute those favorite S+R styles are ready to purchase again. 

Q. I would love to work for you; do you have any openings?

A. We are genuinely happy to hear you'd like to share your skills and experience with us and we always want to hear from talented prospects! Be sure to check back, whenever we have an opening we'll share that here on our website and on all our social media accounts.

Ordering & Shipping

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When you place an order from our store, you can typically expect your items to ship within 2-4 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer support staff will group them whenever possible. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Scout + Rebel and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Q. When will my tracking info be available?

All orders processed on our Scout + Rebel website will be processed within 48 hours whenever possible and customers are notified via email when their order has shipped. More information can be found on theCustomer Supportpage. 

Q. I need to cancel my order - what can I do?

A: Our promise to our customers is to make sure you're 100% happy with everything you purchase from Scout + Rebel. If you placed your order and you made a mistake, or you decided quickly you wanted to change your selection, you must email our Customer Support no less than two (2) hours from the time of your purchase so that we can hurry to correct the problem. Any purchase that has been placed and we have not been notified within this time frame will be processed and shipped as ordered with no exceptions.

Q. Can I return my purchase?

A. If you find you don't love the fit of an item you ordered or it's not what you expected, Scout + Rebel will review your request for a return, exchange or refund and respond via email on the status of your request. All details regarding a return, refund or exchange please visit our Customer Support page. 

Q. I have questions regarding shipping and delivery; what do you offer?

A. For details relating to our shipping rates and zones please check out the information found on our Customer Support page.

Q. If my return is approved, how long will it take to receive my refund?

A. Once approved and the returned merchandise is received, we will process your refund right away, typically within 48-72 hours during regular business hours. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to see the refund relfected on your account. Your bank may take longer to recognize the refund so be sure to contact them directly for further details.

Q. Do you offer gift cards for your store?

A. We do! Scout + Rebel is happy to offer gift cards and digital e-cards. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire. Any gift card purchased on this website is not eligible for redemption with any of the brands we carry, or at any Scout + Rebel special event. 

Q. I received a gift from your store - can I return or exchange?

A. Any item received as a gift is eligible for a full online store credit for the full amount of your gifted item, no questions asked. Just submit your request in the form provided, follow all returning goods instructions on our Customer Support page and we’ll take care of the rest. Scout + Rebel e-cards cannot be returned or refunded. 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We offer Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay checkouts and accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal for payment.
