The Basics

Our Scout + Rebel customer support hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Our offices are closed weekends and all recognized US holidays. Orders are processed within 48 hours of completed transaction whenever possible and any order that falls on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.

If you have any questions regarding a recent order please submit your information in the form provided and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Info

Currently we offer free domestic shipping in the continental US on all orders over $150. This free shipping offer is subject to change depending on carrier rates. 

Scout + Rebel offers shipping rates for all domestic orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will have shipping options to choose from at checkout.

Customer orders are processed within 48 business hours and each new order receives an automated email notification with the date of shipment and the carrier's tracking details.

For those high demand items, limited edition items or carrier issues, your order may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified via email of any pending delay. Please be sure that when you are placing your order that you submit accurate shipping information regarding your street address, city and state and the contact information your provide with your order. We will ship to the address provided and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information.

At this time Scout + Rebel cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  

International orders are welcome and appreciated and those customers will have the option to choose USPS International Priority or UPS International Air. These carriers price their shipping rates according to current fuel charges and we do not afford nor do we track or monitor duties in your country once the order has left the US. Please check with your local Customs office for your duty rates. 

Scout + Rebel will charge a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 on every international order. 

Return Policy

If you find for any reason you are not happy with your Scout + Rebel purchase, we will gladly offer a full refund on returns within 10 days of the shipment date. Returns are accepted for store credit only within 21 days of the shipment date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exchange requests can be honored with the same terms as listed above however will be based on item and size availability. If the product cannot be exchanged we can offer you a refund per our terms or issue an online gift credit that can be redeemed anytime. 

Please submit your request in the form provided and be sure to enter all information in the specified fields. Once reviewed someone with our customer support team will contact you via email regarding your return request. 

All sale items marked less than 30% off are fully returnable for store credit within 21 days, unless otherwise noted as final sale. Items purchased at 40% off or more, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, regardless of the discount, or if your order reached our 'free shipping' threshold of $150. 

Any return approved and accepted within 30 days will be eligible for store credit.

Gift cards are non-refundable or returnable, digital gift cards can be used for any item in the Scout + Rebel store 365 days a year. Gift cards do not expire.
